I'm also located near the Ft. Drum army base, home of the 10th Mountain Division. They are still in a major expansion of the base. We're used to working with VA loans and the time pressures our soldiers are under to secure housing as they transition to a new base.

I'm are blessed to be surrounded by beautiful bodies of water. To our west is Lake Ontario, the Golden Crescent. To the NW & North is the majestic St. Lawrence River. Finally all around us are pristine, glacier made lakes called the Indian River Lake group including Black Lake, Butterfield, Millsite, Lake of the Woods, Sixberry and more. We have properties for all price ranges and life styles.
